ARCA Administrative Operations Director

Doreen has been part of the ARCA family since 2001. She began her career as an Administrative Coordinator and was driven to utilize her skills to make a greater impact across the organization in various support roles. She holds an Associate Degree as a Legal Assistant and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. Over the years, she has grown within the organization and now leads multiple staff members in mission-critical support departments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, entertaining her dogs and birds, and participating in Jazzercise. She believes that everyone matters and thrive on identifying the potential in others, seeing the big picture, and creating processes for success.
