I Can Live on My Own . . .

In Customized In-Home Supports, each person is provided weekly staff support to help them work in the community, navigate public transportation, access personal medical care, manage medications, budget, pay bills, recreate in the community and enjoy vacations. Our team members serve as role models and mentor each person to help them maintain their valued independence.

Customized In-Home Support Services works with 77 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their potential through their skills and talents as active members of the community.
