David W. Individual Ambassador

For more than 10 years, David has been part of the ARCA community through his work with Office Support Staff (OST) and his involvement with the Customer Engagement and Improvement Team (CEIT). Over the years, he has built lasting friendships, developed new skills, and become involved in many different parts of the organization.

David says ARCA has helped him see more possibilities for his future and given him “a more hopeful and inspiring outlook on life.” Through his involvement with ARCA, he has had opportunities to participate in events, public speaking, singing, acting, and community activities.

He especially enjoys being involved with committees and programs that allow him to connect with others and continue learning new skills. For David, one of the most meaningful parts of ARCA has been the friendships and connections he has made along the way.

Outside of ARCA, David enjoys public speaking, podcasting, reading, writing, acting, history, and collecting vintage items. Music and creativity bring him a lot of joy, and he says his dream superpower would be having a photographic memory.

David hopes ARCA continues to grow and inspire others for many years to come, while creating opportunities for individuals to learn, connect, and thrive.
