ARCA’s award winning Community Integrated Employment Services are for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who choose to and are able to work. Paid work is often considered a measure of personal value; our employment services foster the self-sufficiency and emotional well-being of each person through customized employment support. Employment supports are provided through our Community Integrated Employment Program.

The Job Developers and Job Coaches emphasize community employment first. Job supports include assessments, job development, on-the-job training and fading of supports to help the worker gain independence on the job.
